Checklist for New Panel Members

1. Become familiar with IAI
2. Introduction to IAI
3. Outline of GECC requirements
4. Active IAI Majors
5. Roles and Function of Panels:  GECC Panels and Major Panels
6. What's the member complement of a fully staffed panel?
7. Check username/password for WebReview(iManage)
   • Visit password recovery if you are unsure of your username/password
   • Email  itransfer@itransfer.org  if you have further issues logging in
8.  Login – Web Review
9. Look at the Website for your panel's Information:
   1. Related Documents
   2. Agendas/Minutes
   3. Look at the IAI Calendar for your meeting date, add it to your work calendar
   4. Find your Panel Manager and your fellow panel members
10. Review Specific Web Pages to help you with knowledge about the courses for your panel
    1. Course Descriptions:  GECC and Majors - view descriptions by clicking "desc." If 
       available, there are representative syllabi available here for viewing.
    2. Panel Criteria - This item is listed in documents for your panel in the Panel Related
       Documents page.  If you can't find one for your panel, ask your panel manager.

11. Review Courses
    • Log into iManage
    • Click on the Course Review System, and then on the Go to panel Recommendation Section for the appropriate panel
    • Each course will require your recommendation
    • You can sort the courses using the search functions at the top of the page
    • Be aware of Voting Deadlines
      • The voting deadline will be sent to you at the beginning of the voting session
      • In addition, each course within WebReview will list the voting deadline established for the course. Deadlines should be consistent across all courses needing votes for the panel
