Track the Status of Courses Submitted to the Panels
Use this search to track the decision status of courses posted to IAI WebReview section.
Here are the possible decisions panels can make in the panel meeting for courses they are reviewing:

Returned: The course cannot be approved as it does not align with the panel’s descriptor and will require significant revisions to possibly be considered a match for the IAI descriptor. This decision requires full panel review of the resubmission with new or additional information at the next review session. |

Needs More Information: The course appears to align with the panel’s descriptor however some of the required syllabus information, such as a detailed weekly topical outline, and/or adequate coverage of all topics is needed before the course can be approved for the IAI descriptor. This decision requires full panel review of the resubmission with new or additional information at the next review session. |

Conditional Approval: The course may be moved to full approval status pending review by the panel co-chairs of one or two minor items. This decision does NOT require full panel review of any additional information submitted by the institution so long as it is submitted by the Conditional Approval Submission Deadline. If submitted by the deadline, the co-chairs may approve the course based on the information supplied or send it back for more information. If the institution misses the deadline, the course will go back to the full panel for further review next season. |

Approved: The course aligns with the panel’s descriptor and approval criteria. The course will be added or maintained in the IAI database; no further action by the institution is needed at this time. Course is eligible for ongoing review in five years. |
To track course decisions, please select the duration for which you want to track the courses. If you choose a shorter time frame, limited results will display. Select the institutional information and panel you want to view. If you choose all institutions and all panels, you get all decisions in the system. This option often takes a delayed response time as the system queries for the details. The more refined your search fields, the quicker the system response.
Note: If you need to search back further than 2 years, utilize the tracking function within iManage if you are a course submitter or IAI contact.
