      1. What would you like to see if a new member in order to prepare for meetings?
      2. We now have a YouTube channel where we can put these Orientation things


  1.  Statewide Transfer Updates
    1. ICCB and IBHE together are trying to get Common Core going for GECC Comm. Writing I and Writing II with Speech Course.  All information on these websites:
      3. PARCC is the reason this is happening.
        1. Illinois is one of 13 states doing this
        2. Once English Writing and Speech are aligned, they will move on to the Sciences.
    2. Legislation Update
      1. Seems to be on hold which means things are going well with IAI, legislators are seeing this.
      2. The only thing going forward is Women Working legislation planning.


  1.  Other items from members
    1. Panel decided to reactivate descriptor for PSY 908 and let Institutions submit as courses are called normally.  The panel won’t require resubmission of all courses.
    2. Attached documents were provided by Steve Dworkin.  Krista will start an email discussion of them and put them in the iManage System as a Discussion Item.


  1. 2013 meetings will be held Friday, March 8, 2013 and Friday, October 25, 2013 at either ISU Alumni Center or Heartland Comm. College.
