a. Review of Round 2 responses
b. Round 3 should be out by the end of August. Is in review now with a deadline of Nov. 1
c. Once Round 3 is complete, will be sent to private institutions in the new year
3. Statewide Transfer Updates
a. Major Directive caused attention in Illinois for Articulation Issues. Senate Bill 00059 is tabled for now, but will come back
b. P 20 Initiative – Board of Higher Education – is going forward
c. Recommendation to keep checking IBHE website

iii. All Higher Ed things going on in IL
4. Spring Panel Meeting:
a. Fall is best for face-to-face meeting, but maybe Oct. not Sept.?
i. Of 10 panels, 8 want Friday meetings. There aren’t enough Fridays to accommodate this.
b. English courses are GECC, so not voting on courses happens in meetings
c. Conference call in Oct after Sept meeting if needed?
d. Unless Krista has items come up from ICCB or IBHE, will plan on not having a Spring meeting

d. Form 13 – Evaluations area at institution gets these state-wide forms to figure out equivalencies. U.select does course-to-course articulation. ICCB has found a way to partner with u.select to look for equivalencies from our participating institutions. There is a new Form 13 on the iTransfer website on the TC page. If your institution is not on drop-down list of institutions, ask to participate by contacting Dena Lawrence at u.select at firstname.lastname@example.org
