    1. ICCB and IBHE together are trying to get Common Core going for GECC Comm. Writing I and Writing II with Speech Course.  All information on these websites:
      1. http://www.isbe.net/common_core/default.htm
      2. http://www.parcconline.org/
      3. PARCC is the reason this is happening.
        1. Illinois is one of 13 states doing this
        2. Once English Writing and Speech are aligned, they will move on to the Sciences.
    2. Legislation Update
      1. Seems to be on hold which means things are going well with IAI, legislators are seeing this.
      2. The only thing going forward is Women Working legislation planning.
