  1.  Introductions and make sure technology is working.

 

  1. Training, Orientation & itransfer.org Updates
    1. After a very busy summer of evaluating IAI, there is room for improvement.  The end result is a new and improved Policies and Procedures Manual.
      1. Unique roles each of us play for effectiveness
      2. 5 yr Review is now Ongoing Review – panel manager will decide which identifier(s) will be reviewed, never more than 50 courses.
      3. Panel Member Turnover
        1. 3 year term – not lifetime bondage
        2. Gratitude for service rendered
        3. Don’t want the service to be burdensome
        4. New people bring fresh perspective
      4. IBHE, ICCB and iTransfer representation at every GECC meeting for standardization
    2. Expectations of Panel Members
      1. Attendance and Participation
      2. Review and vote on courses before meeting
    3. Enhancements to iTransfer.org website in January
      1. Training program for panels (required)
      2. Includes more for Vets/Military students
      3. Visually familiar – more intuitive
      4. Panel Related Docs – dramatic changes – information will be available panel-by-panel
      5. iManage enhancements for simplification
