·         Major Directive – Round 1 results, Round 2 in progress (For R1 & R2 memos, see http://www.itransfer.org/iai/container.aspx?section=faculty , scroll down to the 4th box on right titled DOCUMENTS)
·         Common Core College Readiness Standards Regional Workshops
·         High School to College Success Feedback Report
·         iTransfer / iManage Website & 5 Year Review System
o   iManage system now includes new calendaring, RSVP, agenda, meeting summary, etc. options
o   5YRS is new process on both sides; collecting issues and will make adjustments as needed/where possible
 
3.      Panel Business
·         Discussion regarding evaluation of course descriptions and needed outcomes & criteria
·         Review of panel’s core courses and readiness for Major Directive Round 3 (see http://www.itransfer.org/iai/majors/default.aspx?file=iai&section=students&t=ind for panel’s major page)
·         5 Year Course Review discussion
o   Select method for pulling courses (3 options):
§ all courses selected from a random set of institutions
§ a random selection of courses from a random set of institutions
§ random set of courses from a specific IAI identifier
o   Determine number of courses to be requested (and Identifier schedule if this is the panel’s chosen method)
o   Start the 5 year review this fall…Concerns?
§ Request courses in late May, Review starts on October 1
§ Course descriptions, outcomes, & criteria up-to-date and posted
·         Panel Membership and Election of co-chair(s)
·         Other business or panel topics
 
4.      Scheduling of next meeting dates & locations: Summer ad hoc com. (?), Fall ’11, and Spring ‘12
